Deborah Vorhoff

Deborah Ravich Vorhoff, painter and homemaker, died Monday, March 12, 2018 at home. She was 65 years old. Debbie is survived by her greatest works of art: Ariel (Christopher Merritt, sons Jude and Archer), Max (Lorena, son Leo), Harry (Sophia), Jed, and her ongoing work in progress, Greg, her husband of 38 years. Debbie is also survived by her mother, Elaine Dworkin Ravich and siblings, Evan, Jess, Rand, and Samantha. Debbie is preceded in death by her father, David Lee Ravich, and her grandparents, Arthur and Gladys Ravich and Isidore and Rose Dworkin. We can all honor our memory of Deborah by living with optimism and humor, with curiosity and creativity, and with kindness and sweetness and love. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association . A graveside service will be held on Wednesday afternoon, March 14, 2018 at 3:30 in Hebrew Rest Cemetery No. 3, 2100 Frenchmen Street at Pelopidas with Rabbi Alexis Berk officiating.
