Chetta Soleto Yenni

Conchetta Soleto Yenni, of Metairie, LA passed away April 24, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Soleto and Johanna Collins Soleto, she was the beloved wife of the late Salvador J. Yenni Sr., for 53 years. She is survived by her loving children, Sal Yenni Jr. (Phiney), Ronald A. Yenni, Geralyn Y. Lavarine (John), Joann Y. Lizana (Bruce). She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rosalind M. Yenni.
Chetta was the proud grandmother of Tara Slayton (Oscar), Todd Yenni (Wendy), Sal J. Yenni III (Carmen), Granthan Yenni, Jeffery Dubroc (Kara), Joshua Lavarine (Hannah), Jacob Lavarine, Anthony Buttone (Abbie), Nicholas Buttone (Melissa), Cindy Edwards (Mitch), Dalton Lizana, Lauren Mouledous (Alex). Great grandmother to Jake, Noah, Caroline, Samuel, Malloree, Preston, Olivia, Alex, Billy, Jude, Andrew, Luke, Amelia, Hannah and Ethan.
A Visitation will take place at Our Lady of Divine Providence, 1000 N. Starrett Rd, Metairie, LA 70003 on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 10:00am-12:00 pm followed by a Mass at Noon. Interment to follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Metairie, LA. In lieu of flowers, Masses at O.L.D.P. are requested.
